Today, wedding rings are most commonly worn on the fourth finger of the left hand. But some countries including India, Germany, Spain, Norway, and Russia traditionally wear their wedding rings on their right hand. Overall, it seems cultural traditions and norms set the standard for this custom.

Atlantic Beach is an affluent village off the South Shore of Long Island in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County, New York. It is home to the character Sonny Corleone in The Godfather. Most of these pictures were shot at Catalina Beach Club which was featured in Goodfellas.

Showergirls @Times Square

This is a project of mine date back in 2014.

A series of the “Showgirls” started to play their shows in Times Square. They were wearing colorful outfits, with vivid feathers on their heads. Some of them are almost completely naked, with beautiful body paint from head to toe. ‎The presence of these street performers in Times Square have, in their own small way, brightened up the streets of New York City. I wanted to capture some of that brightness, both in the Showgirls, and in the spectators as they reacted to them.
